An Announcement
it's 9:57pm here on the west coast and as of this moment i am officialy done watching American Idol. LaToya Jackson, the best performer and the woman who should have won it all was just voted off. at this point it's obvious it's no longer a singing compition but a popularity contest.
i'm done. thanks for nothing Fox.

Jasmine should have stood up and said she knew it was her time to go, and left, allowing La Toya (she's from Oakland, yay!) to stay--as she deserved.
The African American women in the bottom two? I KNOW there is no coincidence about that. They both should have been in the top.

Well, Pete, I don't know. Seems to me that complaining about the artistic vision of a show like that is like complaining about the cuisine at a 7-11 ... it's like leaving a whorehouse and saying "I didn't feel loved." :o)

Agreed - I'm done with it too. Good think too, we won't be fighting over the remote! :)
Thanks for nothing all you idiots who voted for Jasmine this week. Admit it, she did not sing well!
I'll buy LaToya's album when it comes out!
