halloween. nearly 24 hours have passed and i think i've finally recovered enough to blog about it.
we spent the evening at Black Diamond Brewery, the same place we went to for this past new years. there was a costume contest -- and i actually won second place! i beat out a pirate, a joker, a football player and several very lovely (and underdressed) nurses to win..... a gallon of beer!
seriously! it came in a glass to-go container. wisely, i collected my winnings at the end of the night instead of trying to drink it all there. it's in my fridge now, waiting for the football games tomorrow afternoon.
oh, and i also won lunch for two and a t-shirt. but did i mention the gallon of beer?!
